finally!

Those of you who have been frequenting this space over the past two years know that my wife has been ill for some time. I'm ecstatic to report today that she had a successful kidney transplant on Tuesday. Our good friend, Trevor (there are no words to describe what he means to us - I won't even try), gave this gift to her.

She has a long road head of her for recovery, but her doctors are pleased with her progress so far.

This ends, and begins, another chapter.

thanks so much for the positive vibes everyone.

Dea gets out of the hospital this afternoon, back into the Transplant House, and back to a relatively calm routine.
