i've been spending more time shooting close to home this spring - working on two separate trains of thought - and feel as though i'm coming to the edge of a plateau. up or down - i don't know yet, but it's movement.

the semester is almost over, and things are getting a little backed up, but i can see the light. it was difficult to see a month ago, but progress has been made. i've been making more photos. i don't know whether any will see the light of day, but they've been made.

i have penciled in an extended trip up the road in May. i'm looking forward to the driving - for now i walk.
