Homer Photo Fest

two years ago i attended my first Homer Photo Fest. looking back, the event was a significant shot in the arm for my work. spending four days immersed in photography with Keith Carter, Amy Scott, Ted Orland, and the greater Alaska photo community was priceless.

the event this year takes place between May 31st and June 4th. i regret not being able to attend, but i just can't make it work out.

if my schedule allowed, meeting Andrea Modica, alone, would be worth the price of admission.






if you are on the fence this year, i couldn't recommend the event more. this opportunity is rare in Alaska. go, and make the best of it. also, if you are on the outside, and looking for a bit of a vacation and relaxed photo event - you couldn't do much better than Homer in the Spring.
